my room had a captivating theme and an open shower. the bar offered meticulously crafted drinks. the restaurant served amazing breakfast well worth the cost, the dinner tasted delicious.
the entrance had too many steps. it was difficult to manage with luggage.

convenient location helpful staff dusty room overwhelming design
the location is really convenient for seeing the sights. it made it easy to walk to most attractions. the staff was also very helpful . they offered useful directions.
The cleanliness was not ideal. I observed dust and sloppy cleaning. the room's design felt overwhelming, so the colors were not relaxing. it could be better for a longer stay.

efficient check-in early availability underground parking
My check-in was efficient, and the staff greeted me warmly. I appreciated that the room was ready before the official check-in time. Underground parking was available, costing 30 euros (a fair price considering the location).
The pillows were not comfortable and lacked adequate neck support. I suggest providing two pillows per person.

complicated lighting system shower design
The lighting system in the room seemed overly complicated. I found it hard to manage the different light settings and create a relaxed atmosphere. The shower design was also problematic there was a significant lack of privacy because of its glass enclosure. Water easily splashed out of the shower area onto the floor. These design issues detracted from the overall comfort.

The hotel's unique decor created such a nice stay. I really enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and its selection of refreshments. The staff members were always very friendly I felt very welcomed. The hotel's location allowed easy access to various attractions.
I noticed a very slight delay in the elevator service at one point during the day.
